Denis Virovets is a divorce lawyer, family mediator and collaborative family lawyer. He deals with a variety of divorce cases and property separation, but is especially expert in dealing with cases of family violence, child custody (residence) and access (contact) disputes. Denis has acted for a number of parents in international child-abduction cases. He also works in the areas of family planning and nonprofit law, which includes adoption, guardianship, surrogacy, egg donation and other assisted reproductive technologies, family protection documents such as wills, health care surrogate, power of attorney, and nonprofit startup and ongoing compliance.

Mr. Virovets is especially working on cases concerning arrangements for children – who they should live with and how their relationship with the non-resident parent should be maintained. He also has particular expertise in dealing with child support disputes. Denis Virovets represents the interests of our clients in relations with governmental authorities during disputes resolution and on the matters of obtaining of the documents required by Ukrainian laws.

Mr. Virovets started his career in French law firm LKI in 2005, where he gained substantial experience in dealing with contract, corporate, tax and currency control issues. In 2009 Denis established consulting business of his own as independent Attorney-at-Law. Now he is also an associate with the Family Law Practice of Arstrong. Apart from dealing with pure Family Law engagements, Denis is often involved in providing advice on Commercial and Corporate Law as well as in revision and/or drafting commercial contracts of our client's interest. He received a Master Degree in International Law from Institute of International Relations Kiev National Taras Shevchenko University. Denis was qualified as Attorney-at-Law in 2007.
