In the area of Tax Law: - advising on taxation and currency control issues; - tax planning, including analysis of the contemplated transactions from their tax effectiveness standpoint - tax due diligence of Ukrainian companies; - assistance in resolution of disputes with tax and other controlling authorities, including legal support during the administrative appeal procedure of the tax authorities resolutions and representation of interests in administrative courts; - Other services relating to the above-mentioned aspects.
